At Pan Pacific Partners, we administer different types of trusts, as well as private foundations and family entities. We provide trust administrative services both during and after a client’s life and are able to serve as personal representatives or court appointed trustees. The Principals at Pan Pacific Partners have experience with both basic and more advanced fiduciary management issues. We are comfortable working with the assets of extended families including real estate, closely held businesses, art and other high-value unique assets, as well as equities, bonds and other marketable securities. We work closely with our clients’ existing team and make introductions to additional service providers as necessary, utilizing our vast network.
Foreign Investor Services
Foreign nationals investing in the United States face a set of significant challenges made more complex by tax and filing issues that are not immediately straightforward. The complexity stems from a myriad of taxes including income and transfer tax and various taxes that are assessed only on non-resident aliens. Pan Pacific Partners will make introductions to experts who can support foreign investors with real estate investments and international wealth transfer planning.
